I know prices are on the upswing in Calgary, I hope that you do as well. I wanted to give you something to think about before you have a look at the top 10 lowest priced homes in Calgary....

Renting is going to cost you more than purchasing a home. Why? Vacancy rates are as low now as they were 6 years ago. Remember the boom times? A landlords market means rental prices will increase at a faster rate than your mortgage payment.

Something else to think about....getting 'into' the Calgary market at this point in time will also save you money. Why? Prices are rising. There is an end in site, my prediction it will end for single family homes somewhere around a 6-10% increase from the end of last year.
