• An Agent with Experience...Minimum 2 years - Maximum 5 Years
• A willingness to learn, absorb and teach from your experiences
• A desire to utilize technology in your business
• An appreciation for a new 'Team' concept where I am the...ugh...for lack of a better term 'Rainmaker/Team Lead' and you are a kick ass agent where you retain YOUR client for life. We will show you how to do that.
• Ability to embrace a follow up plan and to learn a new CRM that can help you do nothing but succeed
• An Agent that has done between 6-12 deals per year for the last couple of years that wants to double what they did previous, in the next 12 months.
