The Calgary Market in Colour

Well...instead of spouting off a bunch of Calgary Real Estate Market stats, we thought we would put this together for you in a fairly easy to read format.

This is called an infographic...it has graphics and of course Information pertaining to the current state of the market.

As you can see we are still fairly balanced, however if we do not see a major upswing in inventory, with the amount of buyers in the marketplace, we could easily slip into a sellers market. My predicition is that it could happen as early as March.

It may be for a brief time, however, it is going to make it tough on the buyer trying to find the perfect home. Great if you are selling....not so Great if you are buying!
