But everybody loves a good pic right? Ok...I am re-using the one from last month but at least the numbers are going to be different, right?!

Next month we will switch it up a little have a different infographic for you, in fact, I think we will do a different one each month. Maybe to reflect the change in season? Ok, that might be pushing it!

Anyway, I'm sure you are curious how things are going in the market place or you wouldn't be reading this article. Overall I would say it has been a brisk year for sales. 

Puhlease.....Do me a HUGE favour and DO.NOT.LOOK.AT.THE.AVERAGE.PRICING in our city. The media likes to push the average because it is 'sexier'. You want the real numbers? Look at the median, that is all I post in my infographics because it is the only number I care about.

Ok, back to the market, here are a few notables:

• Single Family Sales UP by 507 sales
• Condo Sales UP by 238 sales
• Single Family and Condo Listing Counts are Both Up
• Median Prices are also both UP
