Well here we are again, talking about stats in colour!
Yes it has been a busy spring real estate market so far in Calgary. Sales are up, Listings are down, Buyers are out there with no real end in sight.

Calgary Real Estate Stats in Colour is Way More Fun!
I don't know about you but I really don't like looking at a bunch of numbers. If a professional is wanting to educate me on let's say, the stock market, it would be all I could do not to fall asleep looking at a bunch of charts and graphs.
That's why I wanted to put together a quick and durty explanation of the Calgary real estate market into an infographic that is easy to read and understand.
The market right now is very busy and it is in the advantage of the Seller. That is not to say that the seller can demand their price, yet, it is however a good market to be selling in as the average days on market for Calgary is around 33 for Single Family home last month.
Buyers....here's my advice to you: Be READY to pull the trigger! Have you financing in place and make sure you know what you want because when you see it there will very likely be 2 or 3 other people that will like the same thing!
